Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day! In our house, we start off the day by searching for any gold that the leprechauns might have left around the house. After the gold is found and collected, my family enjoys a fun “Top o’ the Mornin’ Breakfast.”
This so easy to do with some basic breakfast food and a little green food coloring. The breakfast buffet features St. Patty’s Pancakes (green pancakes), along with some fun and festive toppings…
…Lucky Leprechaun Teeth (white chocolate chips)
…Magic Clover Dust (green sugar sprinkles)
…Fluffy White Clouds (whipped cream)
…Shamrock Syrup (maple syrup)
…and of course, Lucky Charms
Along with all that sweetness, there is a Pot o’ Gold (scrambled eggs) and a Rainbow on a Stick (fruit kabobs).
Add some festive touches to the table (green polka dot fabric, a cute sign, some gold coins, and shamrocks), and your kids will feel like they have the luck of the Irish!
A festive way to begin Leprechaun Day!

Clever! You must get up at the VERY top o’ the morning’ to do this and send the kids off to school on time!
