Summer is here! I’m talking those HOT, HUMID, STICKY summer days! Our weather here in Ohio has been in the mid-90’s this week. Those kind of days call for cool treats.
These watermelon lime pops make the perfect refreshment!
To make these, you will need…
- 3 cups seedless watermelon
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- lime slices
- small plastic cups
- wood kraft sticks
First, slice the watermelon into cubes.
Squeeze the juice from the lime.
Place the cubed watermelon and the lime juice in a blender, and blend until liquified.
Pour the mixture into the plastic cups. Poke the sticks through the lime slices, and place on top of the watermelon liquid.
Place in the freezer overnight.
Remove the watermelon lime pop from the cup just before serving.
These make the perfect treat on a hot summer day…cold, refreshing, light, flavorful! Not only do they taste good, they are pretty cute also!

This would be a fancy way to serve watermelon margaritas.
