blueberry chia oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries (plus extra for topping)
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • praline pecans

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat.

  2. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring until most of the liquid has absorbed.

  3. Top with praline pecans and fresh blueberries before serving.
