energy bites


  • 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup flax seeds
  • 4 tbsp. honey


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  Stir to combine.

  2. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.  This will make them easier to roll.

  3. Remove from the refrigerator and roll into bites.  Store them in the fridge for up to a week.
