Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
Add sour cream, baking soda, vanilla, lemon extract and orange extract.
Sift the dry ingredients together and mix with the creamed mixture.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and drop spoonfuls of the cookie batter on it. Bake 10-12 minutes. Be sure not to overbake them, as you will lose the softness.
Allow the cookies to cool.
Mix together the frosting ingredients and spread on the cooled cookies. Decorate with sprinkles, as desired.
